Job Description - AK - Personal Assistant


Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive, organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support in managing daily tasks, schedules, and communications.







Key Responsibilities:







1. Communication: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft letters and meeting notes.







2. Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain confidential files/records







3. Coordination: Liaise between departments, clients and visitors on behalf of the executive







4. Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items











Required Skills & Qualifications:







1. Education: Graduate in any stream.



2. Experience: 0- 2years



3. Skills: Excellent MS Office, Google Workspace, and email etiquette. Fast typing and note-taking



4. Communication: Fluent in English.Strong verbal and written skills
