Role: AMC Engineer

Location: CSMT, Mumbai

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Qualification: BE / BTech â Electrical or Electronics

Job Roles:

Â·        The installation, reception, and configuration of SCADA RTUs, servers, workstations, networks, and equipment.
Â·        Continuous maintenance and upgrades to the SCADA systems.
Â·        Data communication monitoring
Â·        Firewall set up and security of the SCADA systems from external attacks.
Â·        Troubleshooting equipment and software to repair and diagnose any malfunctions in the system
Â·        System access management
Â·        License and support document organization and maintenance.
Â·        Attending troubleshooting calls from pan India sites regarding automation and control-related issues.
Â·        Customer Interaction & query resolution.
