Requirements:

• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia).
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of hands -on clinical experience in a hospital or surgical center setting.
  
• Proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, especially anesthetic agents and their effects.
  
• Excellent communication, decision -making, and multitasking skills under pressure.
  
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
  
• Ability to work in a team -oriented, fast -paced environment with high accountability.
