Job Description Summary

Provide expert advice for a defined area of the finance function. Provide financial and administrative support to company organizations for Finance programs.

Job Description

Major accountabilities: 

  • Support with the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business -Contribute to various financial activities and general projects to support decision making.

  • Provide analysis in order to support the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization.

  • Provides expert advice to support business managers in external and commercial activities.

  • Prepare analysis and reports to enable the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate and timely data and analysis.

  • Support the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits), and assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.

  • Support budgeting process and control.

  • Contribute to Finance projects at country or BU level.

  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

 Key performance indicators:

  • Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided -Reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts -100% compliance with all global and local procedures and policies

 Minimum Requirements: 
  Work Experience:

  • Financial Management.

  • Operations Management and Execution.

  • Data Cleansing Normalization.

  • Data Visualization.

  • Employee Engagement.

  • Financial And Management Reporting.
