Appian Lead Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Appian Lead Developer with strong expertise in design and development. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in working with Appian BPM (Business Process Management) platforms and be capable of leading the design, development, and implementation of complex business processes and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of business processes using the Appian BPM platform.

Work extensively with Appian Process Designer, Appian Web APIs, and UI development.

Develop end-to-end solutions in Appian, ensuring they meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Appian applications.

Act as a technical lead, providing guidance to junior developers and ensuring best practices in design and development.

Implement and manage Agile development methodologies in the team.

Create and maintain project documentation, including technical design, test plans, and training materials.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Appian applications.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

Required Skills:

Experience: 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years working with the Appian platform.

Appian Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM, including Process Designer, Appian Web APIs, and UI development.

Leadership: Experience leading development teams and driving project success.

Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile implementation, including SCRUM, sprint planning, and continuous integration.

Integration: Knowledge of Appian integration with other systems using REST/SOAP web services.

Design Skills: Ability to create scalable and efficient designs using best practices.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Certifications: Appian Level 1 or 2 certification.
