Description
We are looking for an experienced engineer to create and maintain a robust management platform. This platform will be instrumental in optimizing control-room operations, with an initial focus on Operator Desk and Video-wall functionalities. The engineer will work closely with our team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a management platform using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement features and functionalities for Operator Desk (KVM) and Video-walls, ensuring seamless integration.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a stable and reliable platform.
Document the development process, including code comments and technical documentation, for future reference and maintenance.
Stay updated with the latest Ruby-on-Rails frameworks and technologies, and propose improvements to the platform.
Work closely with the control-room operations team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure the platform's security and data protection, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any platform-related issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Ruby-on-Rails development, with a strong understanding of the framework.
Proficiency in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is essential.
Experience with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or similar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
