We are looking for an experienced Workday professional with strong expertise in Data Mapping & Conversions to lead application development and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• 7.5+ years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions

• Strong expertise in data mapping and conversion processes

• Hands-on experience configuring and building applications

• Good knowledge of ETL processes

• Experience leading application development projects

• Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work as an SME and make technical decisions

• Mandatory Workday-related certification
