Job Description

  Proven recruiting experience,
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  
  
  
  
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  
  · Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  
  
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Structured, competency based, stress etc.)
  
  · Periodic contact with Placement Director/Office, when required.
  
  
• On-boarding new employees.
  
  
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  
  · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Strong decision making and presentation skills.
  
  
• Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.
  
  

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognized Institute/University in any

discipline


