Summary

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  
• Utilize computer systems and MS Office applications to input data and generate financial reports with high accuracy.
  
• Monitor and update customer accounts to ensure all records are current and compliant with company standards.
  
• Analyze discrepancies and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve billing issues promptly.
  
• Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels, providing clear and professional support.
  
• Maintain strict attention to detail when managing sensitive financial information and data entries.
  

• Possess a foundational understanding of Accounts Receivable principles and processes.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office suite tools.
  
• Exhibit strong data entry capabilities with a proven track record of record maintenance.
  
• Show exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
