As an AR Calling- RCMS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves leveraging your skills to manage operations and solutions, focusing on client support and enhancing service delivery. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and develop your personal brand. You will be expected to analyze complex problems, interpret data to inform insights, and maintain professional and technical standards. This position offers a platform to enhance your skills while contributing to impactful client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Implementing business process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with client support teams to address and resolve revenue cycle challenges
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Developing solutions within managed services frameworks to support client needs
- Engaging in active listening to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to validate alignment on project goals
- Navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work and support client objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- AR calling, Denial Management,HB & PB experience, Team Management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
