Job Description - Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design innovative, functional, and sustainable residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams to transform concepts into exceptional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

â Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings

â Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and 3D visualizations

â Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams

â Ensure designs comply with building codes and statutory regulations

â Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress

â Review BOQs, material specifications, and design revisions

â Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

â Deliver projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards

Requirements

â Architectural Design & Planning

â AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp

â 3D Visualization (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray)

â Working Drawings & Construction Documentation

â Building Codes & Regulatory Compliance

â Site Coordination & Project Management

â BOQ & Material Specifications

â Client Presentation & Design Development

â Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Preferred)

â Communication & Team Collaboration
