Job Title: Architect
Reports to: Founder/ Design Head

Location: Mumbai, India
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary: The Architect will be responsible for the development of architectural designs for
greenfield/ brownfield projects, working closely with senior architects and other team
members.

Key
Responsibilities:

1) Design Development: Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for
various categories of healthcare facilities.
2) Project Support: Support senior architects in design, project coordination and
documentation and other related tasks.
3) Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, ensure
adherence to plans and gather necessary data.
4) Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to
ensure seamless project execution.
5) Design Software:Create detailed architectural layouts, drawings, models, including
floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software.
6) Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to healthcare regulations, building
codes, and safety standards.
7) Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering
durability and cost-effectiveness.
8) Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and documentation to deliver
projects within deadlines.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
Work Experience:

1) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design for commercial projects
2) Experience in healthcare industry will be preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills 1) Strong design and technical skills

2) Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

1) Good communication and teamwork skills.

3) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
