Role Overview:

We are seeking a  Architect with extensive experience in commercial projects to lead architectural planning, design execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strategic design thinking, strong technical acumen, and a leadership mindset to oversee complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Lead architectural design and planning for commercial projects and corporate interior projects.

●      Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and execution quality.

●      Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

●      Conduct regular site visits and provide architectural guidance to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

●      Oversee compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

●      Lead client presentations and participate in business development meetings as needed.

●      Collaborate with project managers and engineers for efficient design integration and resource planning.
