Description
As an Area Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business development efforts for Bus bar duct products. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with end users and contractors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to target end users and contractors for Bus bar duct products.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Bus bar duct technology.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 11-12 years of experience in selling Bus bar duct or related electrical products.
Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for efficient lead management.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation.
