Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, including desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in the implementation of IT security protocols and procedures.
• Respond to IT support requests and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform system and network upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and initiatives to improve IT infrastructure.
• Conduct software installations, updates, and patches as required.
• Participate in the evaluation and testing of new technologies and solutions.
• Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and software.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
• Experience with system administration and IT support is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
