Job Description - ASM Sales

POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for
overall FTTx Sales Achievement in the defined area &
Regular building connections.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Responsible
for execution of Key & Major
Initiatives
 in the areas of -

a.     Drive distribution targets for FTTx as per guidelines

b.     Execution of channel management by covering gaps
in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps

2.     Lead by example in strengthening user contact program by
engaging with key users

3.     People Management: Review
& Appraise performance against KRAs for your team

  1. Coordinating with the internal departments for
    successful roll out of FTTH Connectivity

  2. Responsible for New Order Booking & Installation
    of Customers in Connected Buildings.

  3. Managing business through multiple Area Sales
    Incharge & Business Team members

7.     To Identify and finalize the Areas in city for deployment of
Network priority wise

8.     New area Roll out Viz Planning of Material and Manpower
Deployment

Policy
and Process Compliance

  1. Safeguard
    the organization’s processes and policies.

  2. Strict
    adherence to SOP and the defined processes

  3. Encourage
    consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and
    vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols

  4. Confirm
    your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 8 – 10 Years

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate/ Masters with
minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales & Acquisition

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Ability to
    function effectively in an extremely dynamic industry

  2. Good
    interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

3.     Growth oriented
