Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed compliance assessments and perform systematic process audits to verify adherence to ASPICE guidelines.
  
• Execute non-conformance management protocols, including the identification, documentation, and resolution of quality gaps.
  
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to determine underlying issues and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking defects, managing workflows, and maintaining project documentation.
  
• Perform specialized ASPICE testing activities to validate software deliverables against defined quality criteria.
  
• Manage version control and code integration processes using Git to ensure seamless collaboration and code quality.
  
• Oversee overall software quality assurance strategies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  

• Possess 6 to 9 years of professional experience in software quality engineering, specifically within the IT Services sector.
  
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) frameworks, including testing methodologies and compliance requirements.
  
• Proven ability to conduct process audits, manage non-conformances, and execute RCA and CAPA procedures effectively.
  
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  
• Strong background in software quality assurance and quality engineering principles tailored to automotive standards.
  
• Salary expectation range: ₹10-13 LPA.
