• Candidate should have exposure in the Vehicle general Assembly shop process & product structure
• Hands on experience in the vehicle assembly feasibility and process creation for the Brownfield and greenfield projects at digital tools ( ex. Team center Visu Mockup / Process designer )
• Digital pr study and assembly feasibility – Digital mock up ( DMU ) / Digital production oriented design study
• Knowledge of simultaneous engineering to improve the product in early development phase for the series production manufacturing
• Hands on experience in improving the line balancing , analyze the bottlenecks and uni-directional material flow
• Hands on in digital tool accessibility study, ergonomic study, Dynamic clash and clearance assembly simulation study in CAD tools ( ex. Team center Visualization mock up, Nx, Process simulate )
• Process documentation creation – Process sheets, cycle time chart, Product – Process DMU Study report
• Equipment concept design preparation in NX

B. E. mechanical

• Candidate should have exposure in the Vehicle general Assembly shop process & product structure
