Assistant Manager

As a Senior sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for our company. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in the electrical field will be an asset in providing technical insights and solutions to our clients.

• Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure effective communication.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering guidance on electrical systems and UPS solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, and propose innovative sales approaches.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the management team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the UPS/Electrical field is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UPS technologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and sales strategy development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
• Fluency in local languages (Assamese) is an advantage.
