This role provides end-to-end responsibility for headcount governance, compliance, audits, dashboards, business continuity, and stakeholder coordination, while also supporting the people agenda through engagement, learning, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.\n\n## What you will do\n\nManage JIRA-related operational activities, including compliance, utilisation, allocation keys, finance submissions, and exception approvals. \nDevelop, maintain, and govern organisational charts with accuracy and consistency. \nOwn headcount management, including approved versus active tracking, cost centre and resource mapping validation, corrections, and business case management (approved and work-in-progress). \nPrepare, maintain, and share monthly FTE and headcount summaries with key stakeholders. \nMaintain and update DAIS 360 data and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility. \nLead and coordinate all Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities. \nLiaise with IT, Information Security, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Legal, and Data Privacy teams to ensure ongoing compliance. \nEnsure DAIS compliance across BCP, HSW, DPP, Legal, Information Security, and audit requirements. \nSupport and close audit actions across Fraud, BCP, ISO, Tax, and related governance frameworks. \nDrive the people agenda, including people strategy, annual people plans, townhalls, and engagement events. \nManage Reward and Recognition programmes, including rollouts, quarterly nominations, winner declarations, and communications. \nFacilitate new joiner induction sessions, including \u201cThe Vodafone Story\u201d and people onboarding programmes. \nCoordinate learning and development initiatives, including career frameworks, L\u0026D budgeting, planning, and execution. \nCreate cost centres aligned to approved business cases and governance standards. \nAct as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders for all operational activities within DAIS. \nLead partner and employee survey analysis (Partner Survey, Spirit Beat), action planning, tracking, and submission of outcomes.\n\n## Who you are\n\nAn individual with strong experience in business operations, governance, or organisational enablement roles. \nConfident in managing data, dashboards, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. \nExperienced in stakeholder management across multiple functions, including Finance, IT, Information Security, and HR. \nKnowledgeable in compliance, audit readiness, and risk management frameworks. \nComfortable balancing operational delivery with people-focused initiatives such as engagement, learning, and recognition. \nOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and collaborative manner.\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
