Assistant Manager - DAC CDMM & STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead NPD (New Part Development) for STA – Casting and Machining components


• Conduct drawing study, manufacturing feasibility, and understand functional requirements; identify suppliers and lead technical discussions; manage TSO, FTG planning, and PPAP


• Perform casting simulation and feasibility for GDC, LPDC, HPDC; define acceptance criteria, machining and painting processes


• Execute tool kick-off and ensure development milestones in line with programme timelines


• Define FTG requirements, review with suppliers, and finalize FTGs


• Define DVPs, ensure DVP sign-off, and conduct validation at supplier end


• Drive closure of build concerns through improvement actions at supplier end


• Resolve critical quality issues


• Ensure capacity readiness as per projected volumes
