As part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the logistics framework to support the next billion e-commerce users in India. Our team consists of 100+ professionals with expertise in supply chain operations, analytics, and first-principles problem-solving. About the Role

As an Assistant Manager - F&E, your role will focus on driving operational excellence in warehouse management, establishing robust Warehouse Control Tower metrics, and ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) of the warehouse platform, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and continuously driving process optimization. This role demands a strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in warehouse automation, inventory management systems, and lean warehousing practices

• Warehouse Process Excellence

• Lead process reengineering initiatives to optimize material flow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment within the warehouse.
• Implement lean management principles and Kaizen methodologies to improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste/losses in daily operations.
• Develop and enforce end-to-end SOPs to ensure seamless operations across picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching.

• Warehouse Control Tower Metrics

• Establish and track critical warehouse KPIs such as Order-to-Ship Time (OST), Dock-to-Stock Time, Inventory Turnover Ratio, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), and Warehouse Utilization Rate.
• Develop real-time dashboards to monitor operational performance, enabling predictive insights and quicker decision-making.

• PnL Ownership and Cost Optimization

• Manage the platform's PnL by identifying opportunities for cost reduction in labor, storage, and transportation.
• Leverage data-driven analysis to highlight areas such as labor efficiency, slotting optimization, and capacity planning for reducing operational costs.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in warehouse operations to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining service levels.

• Process Development and Continuous Improvement

• Identify, implement, and monitor 10X strategic bets in areas of Strategic Planning & Scalability
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to enhance the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring it supports both scalability and operational excellence.
• Own the strategy for scaling warehousing capacity, including forecasting, space planning, and resource allocation across multiple fulfillment centers.

• B.Tech OR MBA from a premium college1-3 years of experience, in a Strategy & Ops /Management consulting background
• Ability to handle both, strategy formulation and implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability
