Assistant Manager - Finance

• MIS and Reporting: Prepare periodic treasury MIS, accounting inputs and
  management reports covering investments, liquidity and foreign exchange
  activities.
  
• Investment and Limit Monitoring: Track ongoing and planned investments,
  monitor utilisation against approved limits and ensure compliance with internal
  guidelines.
  
• Analysis and Decision Support: Carry out financial analysis to support
  treasury decisions, planning and review discussions.
  
• Derivatives and Hedge Controls: Support accounting, reporting and control
  activities relating to derivatives and hedge transactions.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify treasury and finance
  processes, improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  
• Digital Tools and Automation: Work on Excel-based models, dashboards,
  automation tools and reporting improvements using new-age technology,
  including AI where relevant.
  
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs,
  resolve reporting issues and support smooth implementation of process
  changes.
  

Requirements

• CFA, CMA, CA Inter, or equivalent finance qualification (Freshers also can
  apply | Candidates with upto 2 years of experience are ideal)
  
• Advance Excel Skills with new age tools including AI and LLM models
  
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in
  finance, knowledge of treasury activities including investment management, liquidity
  management and foreign exchange exposure management
