Business Title - Assistant Manager - Human Resource


Global Job Title - Sr Anl HR Business Partners


Global Department - HR Business Partners


Reporting to - Plant HR Manager


 


 


Main Accountabilities


 


•Responsible for the recruitment of on-role and temporary position of Plant.


•Identification of Recruitment sources to curtail the cost and time.


•Carry out Joining process for new Hire & issue necessary letters to them


•Employee life cycle management.


•Engagement Calendar and its execution at site


•Ensure 100% participation of employees in Employee engagement survey


•Performance Management System (Yearly objective setting, MYR & Final reviews)


•Drive Talent Management activities at site


•Execute Rewards & Recognition – Scheme at site


•Preparing Annual Training Plan and execute the same


•Drive BPS L&D Pillar activities


•Preparing Monthly MIS & HR Dashboard for Review.


•Ensure Contract Labour deployment as per Plant requirement.


 


Knowledge and Skills


 


•Interview process, Training process in manufacturing set up.


•MS. Office & success factor


 


Education & Experience


 


•MBA/MSW/MLW/LLB- HR, having 6 to 10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Setup.
