Position: Manager or Assistant Manager - Audit & Taxation

Qualifications : Qualified CA

Experience: 6 -8 years

Preferences - Male & Married ans candidate must willing to travel internationally according to work demands.

Salary : Upto 15 -18 LPA

Working Days - 6

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Candidate must be responsible to manage:

Financial modelling, Financial due diligence, preparation of FS, variance analysis, ratio analysis, taxation, Internal audits and controls, cost management, financial forecasting & Budgeting, legal compliance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, valuations, financial strategic decision making, investment analysis, identifying financial risks.

Only Male and Married candidate should apply for this role.

If work demands, they need to travel between Singapore and India.

Candidate must be willing to extend their work timing when needed.
