Description

    Inventory planning, monitoring and reorders for depots
    Proper documentation at depots related to statutory compliance
    Depot admin and hygiene
    Inventory custody
    To ensure zero defects in all physical verification sessions as well as appropriate disposal of damaged or slow and non-moving depot-stocks
    Secondary Operations from depots to customers
    Primary dispatch co-ordination  
    Monitoring of OET with achievement >90% within 24 Hours
    Sales coordination and Truck monitoring
    Freight optimization and comparative study of freights with other competitors 
    Timely tendering in each locations
    Improvement on various existing projects undertaken by department for the region
    Proposal for new initiatives for cost reduction and service improvement
