Assistant Manager: Technical

JAT Global (Pvt) Ltd, India is a subsidiary of JAT Holdings (Pvt) Ltd; a Sri Lankan conglomerate offering products for wood, surface and construction needs

1. To handle issues related to wood and wood coatings both on-site and off-site.

2. To help clients with respect to wood coating solutions such as brands, finishing, ratio of hardeners and thinners, durability, etc.

3. To solve client queries related to woods, wooden furniture, wood works and other miscellaneous wooden furnishings.

4. Make timely arrangements for samples required for trial for any new client added into the system 

5. To monitor the work of the technical assistants, carpenters and painters.

6. To establish good rapport with all the clients and be the first point of contact for queries and issues.

7. To inspect the quality of work on-site regularly to ascertain JAT's standards are well-maintained.

8. To monitor available stocks and also to manage the requirements of the same.

9. To be well-versed with the Technical Data Sheets of all our products available in the Indian market.

10. To streamline and develop the processes for the technical team.

11. To collect stock reports from all local distributors and update it regularly.

12. To update the Sri Lankan Head Office about all work processes on a regular basis.

13. To perform any duty that comes as an exigency to the current profile.

Educational Qualifications: Background in Chemical Science stream MANDATORY

OR

Previous Work Experience: Work experience in paints and wood coatings industry MANDATORY: Mid-level associates (2-4 years), 

Salary Offered: Rs. 30,000/- and above. no bar for the right candidate

Company information: A South East Asian MNC with corporate office in Koramangala, Bangalore 

Working Hours and Work Timings: Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm. Saturday: 9 am-2 pm
