Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager support Program Management by assisting with program planning and implementation, coordinating logistics between Delivery Operations and Project Management teams, monitoring hardware delivery progress, supporting subcontractor coordination, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating collaboration across delivery, demand planning, freight forwarding, and subcontractor teams to ensure successful site rollouts.

• Supported Program Management in planning, updating, and implementing project management plans.
• Coordinated between Delivery Operations and Project Management teams for hardware delivery logistics, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Monitored hardware delivery progress and provided timely updates to the CDM and PMO Manager, including subcontractor coordination.
• Maintained project documentation and ensured all required information was available to internal teams and clients.
• Facilitated collaboration between Delivery Operations, demand planning, freight forwarders, and subcontractors to support planned site rollouts.
• Tracked delivery plans against site rollout and build schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepared and communicated delivery status reports, progress updates, and key metrics to CDM and Project Management teams.
• Supported delivery escalations, prioritized critical issues, and reported red-flag risks affecting hardware deliveries and subcontractor performance. 

You have:

• Bachelor degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience. 
• Program documentation processes for the relevant aspects of the program, e.g. Manages Program Documentation library.
• Is responsible for reporting, information and data sharing for the project team and relevant stakeholder teams (e.g. Logistics, F&C, external vendors etc)

• Consolidates and ensures all Program information has been updated to enable generation of business reports.

   

It would be nice if you also had:

• Maintained data accuracy and consistency across project management tools.
• Supported end users and updated customer contract, SLA, and project data.
• Managed customer-specific information for accurate project tracking.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support project execution and operations.
