Key Responsibilities:

    Identification of early warning risk indicators through monitoring triggers and periodic review of portfolio at various parameters.

    Regular monitoring of risk triggers set against each programs, Quantifying and highlighting major parameter for overall portfolio monitoring.

    Tracking portfolio on various cuts/dashboards to ensure overall portfolio quality and sourcing quality.

    Initiation and monitoring of corrective action plans for the burst triggers through suggestion and changes.

    To recommend modification, if required, for change in approval matrix or existing policy parameters.

    Identifying and reporting various key trends in market/competition, to engage in first level dialogue and identify the erring segments in company’s portfolio.

    Taking corrective actions to minimize delinquency and to achieve projected ROAs and ROEs

    Ensuring that the corrective plan results in maintaining Net Credit Losses with in the budgeted level.

    Discontinuing policies and programs contributing to higher losses.

    Overseeing the unplanned growth in any geography affecting the portfolio quality and to put preventive course of action well in advance.

Key Competencies / skill set:

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis of LAP. 

•    Good Credit and risk understanding in LAP.

•    Good Analytical skill, Data Slicing, and number crunching skill.
