Job Description – Labeler Operator 
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Operation
•    Operate the labeling machine as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
•    Perform machine start-up, changeover, operation, and shutdown safely. 
•    Set and adjust machine parameters according to bottle size and label specifications. 
•    Ensure proper synchronization with the filling, capping, coding, and packing sections. 
•    Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime. 
2. Production
•    Achieve hourly and daily production targets. 
•    Ensure continuous machine operation with minimal interruptions. 
•    Reduce material wastage, including labels and adhesive. 
•    Support line efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). 
3. Quality Control
•    Ensure correct label placement, alignment, and wrinkle-free application. 
•    Verify label specifications, batch coding, expiry date, and product identification. 
•    Check barcode readability and label adhesion. 
•    Remove and segregate non-conforming products.
