Education required for the job: Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engg./Electronics / Production/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics or Diploma in Engineering in any stream. Education of the job holder : Experience required for the job: SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Responsible for managing the daily sales and service operations, including handling both incoming and outgoing calls, generating and conversion of sales leads, tracking customer orders, and overseeing the seamless execution of the order process. This role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through inspection and installation services, while consistently achieving set monthly and yearly revenue targets and customer’s registration count.

SPB Sales Support (E-Comm) -
 Attend incoming sales calls and provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate pump models based on customer requirements.
 Conduct daily outbound calls from available databases to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
 Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
 Achieve customer registration count on E-shop platform.
 Take full responsibility for orders placed, ensuring accurate processing and smooth execution throughout the order lifecycle.
 Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders placed, track their progress, and escalate any delays or issues promptly to the relevant departments.
 Provide timely follow-up on orders and ensure that customer needs are met throughout the sales process.
 Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
 Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and guiding customers on the product’s maintenance and usage requirements.
 Study current market trends, compare products with competitors, and offer valuable insights for effective sales conversion.
 Exhibit strong product knowledge, including technical aspects of pumps, to engage with customers effectively and make a convincing sales pitch.
