Associate - Business Analyst-Creative Design-Graphic Design

As an Experienced Creative Designer, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that supports our corporate communication strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and Executive Leadership to design creative assets that convey our brand message clearly and effectively across multiple platform

• Design high-quality corporate communication materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content.


• Collaborate with teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions.


• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.


• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance creative output.

• Develop high-quality visual designs for corporate communication materials such as presentations, reports, brochures, infographics, newsletters, and digital content.


• Collaborate with corporate communication and marketing teams to understand project goals and translate them into visually engaging concepts.


• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while innovating fresh creative approaches.


• Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Ensure all designs align with corporate branding guidelines and compliance requirements.


• Work closely with external vendors and printers as needed to produce final materials.


• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of our outputs.
   

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Health care company as a creative designer in corporate communication, Graphic Designing, Digital content creation 


• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in corporate design projects and brand communication.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools.


• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. 


• Experience in digital design, including social media graphics and email campaigns, is a plus.
