About Finkraft

Finkraft automates GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit recovery for enterprises — replacing hundreds of hours of manual finance work with automated workflows. We’re growing, the leadership team is thin, and there’s more high-priority work than there are people to own it. This role exists to close that gap.

The Role

You sit one level below the Chief of Staff (or directly under the CEO if there’s no CoS yet) and own the execution layer of the company’s most important projects. You’re not doing admin and you’re not setting strategy — you’re the person who takes a brief and turns it into a completed deliverable. Research, analysis, process documentation, stakeholder prep, project tracking — these are your primary outputs.

This is a deliberate early-career bet. You’ll get more exposure in 18 months here than most people get in five years at a large company.

What You’ll Own



  • Own research and analysis tasks end-to-end: competitive landscape, market sizing, vendor evaluation, client data deep-dives — structured output, not raw notes

  • Prepare first drafts of decks, memos, and briefing documents for the CEO and CoS; your first draft should need minimal editing

  • Track cross-functional projects and action items; follow up across teams, surface blockers, keep timelines honest

  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates the leadership team actually uses

  • Support investor and board communication prep: data gathering, formatting, consistency checks

  • Manage ad-hoc requests from the CEO or CoS with a fast turnaround and clean output

  • Identify operational gaps and propose solutions — you don’t just flag problems

What We Need



  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, a startup, or a rigorous analyst role

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets at a meaningful level — lookups, pivots, basic modelling

  • Clear, structured written communication — your documents are easy to read and don’t need reorganising

  • Fast learner who picks up new domains quickly; you’ll go from zero to credible on GST compliance context within weeks

  • Detail-oriented without being slow — you catch errors without taking twice as long as everyone else

  • Low ego: you do what needs doing, including unglamorous work, without being told it’s beneath you

  • Bonus: prior exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments

What Good Looks Like at 90 Days



  • Every research or analysis task you deliver requires one round of feedback or fewer

  • The CoS and CEO can hand you a project brief and trust it’ll come back as a finished deliverable

  • At least one tracker or process you built is being actively used by the broader team
