Job Description - Associate Creative Director - Entertainment Ad Sales, Brand Solutions

* Job Summary
​* About the team

This people manager’s role is responsible for driving branded integrations across regional entertainment properties and supporting impact revenue objectives. The position leads end-to-end ideation, planning and execution of sponsorship and integration opportunities across television, digital and platform ecosystems.
The role works with sales teams to develop client solutions, support pitches and execute sponsorship commitments across properties. It manages seamless execution of branded and graphical sponsorship assets across channels.
The position coordinates with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional custodians like Sales, PRS, Marketing, Legal, Production, Content and Digital Operations teams to ensure delivery of sponsorship commitments, execution of integrations and achievement of revenue objectives.

* Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ideation, planning and execution of branded integrations across regional entertainment properties on TV and digital platforms.
• Partner with sales teams to develop sponsorship solutions and support revenue generation through content-led integration opportunities.
• Create presentations, integration frameworks and sponsorship proposals aligned with client and property objectives.
• Manage execution of sponsorship assets and other integration deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, PRS, Marketing, Legal, Production, Content and Digital Operations teams.
• Track project timelines and ensure delivery of sponsorship commitments within defined deadlines.
• Collaborate with content and production teams to implement brand integrations in line with platform and regulatory guidelines.
• Support development of integration opportunities across regional markets and entertainment properties.
• Monitor execution quality, resolve operational dependencies and support campaign reporting.
• Contribute to achievement of impact revenue targets through planning and execution of sponsorship opportunities.

* Skills & Attributes for success

· Strong understanding of content-led brand solutions and integrated sponsorship ecosystems across TV and digital platforms

· Ability to build compelling go-to-market narratives and client-facing presentations aligned with brand and business objectives

· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate content opportunities into scalable revenue solutions

· Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Content, Marketing, Strategy, Digital, and Legal teams

· Ability to lead and mentor teams while ensuring executional excellence across sponsorship integrations and branded content initiatives

· Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs, platform trends, and market opportunities

* Preferred Education & Experience

· Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field

· Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem with the ability to develop and articulate digital-first brand solutions

·  5-10 years of experience across brand solutions, content partnerships, sales, or brand marketing in TV and digital media

· Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering high-impact integrated brand campaigns across platforms

· Experience in leading and managing creative or brand solutions teams in a fast-paced media/advertising environment
