Job Description

Position Summary

• Take ownership of MDM, automate the process wherever possible.
  

• Manage endpoint devices and access Management
  

• Implement and manage various dashboard’s SSO/SAML
  

• Hardware troubleshooting and ensuring IT assets availability
  

• Deploy latest software licenses and upgrade at optimal cost.
  

• Liaise with auditors and complete audits on timely basis.
  

Role/Job Title: Associate IT Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience with Endpoint Management solutions such as Intune, Jamf, Jump Cloud, Manage Engine etc.
  
• Manage and maintain the IAM for end-users of various tools and SaaS services like GitHub, Slack, AWS/GCP, Facebook, Google Play, Apple Store Connect, Zoom, Adobe etc.
  
• Oversee Asset management for all IT endpoint assets and other peripherals etc., Licenses.
  
• Knowledge of, and experience in maintaining and troubleshooting desktop security products such as anti-virus, certificates, drive encryption, and OS Patching, Strong understanding of Networking concepts and theories.
  
• Own risk management & crisis management from the IT side for the company, with clear playbooks & mitigation plans.
  
• Proactive engagement with stakeholders to address IT and Security needs by developing scalable processes and systems.
  
• Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution for IT issues.
  
• Monitoring internal infrastructure performance through monitoring tool.
  
• Basic IT related day to day task, technical process documentation on confluence.
  

Requirements

Qualification: Engineering or any degree with specialization certificates 

Experience:   Post qualification experience of 3  years.

Technical skills:

• Hardware: Palo Alto Firewall/UTM Firewalls, Unifi, Apple Devices, Windows, AV Equipment, Printers.
  

• Software: Operating systems such as MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Linux;
  

• Google Suite, JumpCloud, Intune, JAMF or similar, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Zoom Admin, Slack Admin, AWS IAM, GCP User Access, GitLab’s, LDAP integration etc
