Job Description - Associate Manager - Advertiser Sales

With presence in India, Singapore, UAE, UK, and USA, vCommission empowers meaningful digital growth across multiple verticals — Ecommerce, Travel, Utility, LeadGen IN, LeadGen & PPC US, and India COD Ecom.

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Associate Manager – Advertiser Sales to expand our D2C E-commerce advertiser portfolio and drive new business acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess strong affiliate marketing industry knowledge, existing relationships within the D2C ecosystem, and proven experience in onboarding advertisers and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



  • Drive end-to-end advertiser acquisition for D2C E-commerce brands across India.

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers onto the vCommission network.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including Founders, Growth Heads, Performance Marketing Managers, and Marketing Directors.

  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and outbound outreach.

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.

  • Develop customized affiliate marketing solutions aligned with advertiser objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Advertiser Growth, Affiliate Teams, and Network Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign launches.

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging D2C opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and forecasting reports.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and acquisition targets.






Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnership Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven experience in onboarding D2C E-commerce advertisers.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, CPS, CPL, CPI, and hybrid structures.
  • Existing networks and relationships within the D2C ecosystem will be preferred.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, performance agencies, coupon platforms, cashback platforms, loyalty platforms, or influencer affiliate ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
