Description
The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative SAP Fiori applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. They will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions integrated with backend SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of SAP Fiori developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
Design and develop SAP Fiori apps using UI5, ensuring a modern and user-friendly interface.
Integrate OData services with SAP backend systems, enabling efficient data exchange.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development process.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate best practices into development.
Document and maintain technical specifications and development guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Fiori and UI5.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Fiori development, with a strong focus on UI5 and OData.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring development teams.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its integration capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
