We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader to join us as Associate Vice President – Recruitment Services (Co -Founder) to establish and scale our Recruitment Services business within an assigned territory.

Important Engagement Terms

This is NOT a salaried employment opportunity.

This is an entrepreneurial Co -Founder role designed for leaders who are willing to build a business.

As an AVP – Recruitment Services, you will:

  • Lead Recruitment Services for your assigned territory.
  • Invest in establishing and growing your business operations.
  • Build your own client portfolio and recruitment team.
  • Receive access to CX25WW's platform, processes, technology, AI tools, and operational support.
  • Participate in the revenue generated from your own business.

Important:

  • You will only participate in the revenue generated from your own territory and business development efforts.
  • Existing clients, contracts, revenue streams, and ongoing businesses managed by existing CX25WW leadership will remain with the current team.
  • Revenue generated by existing business lines will not be shared with newly onboarded AVPs.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Recruitment Services within your territory.
  • Develop new client relationships across multiple industries.
  • Generate new recruitment mandates.
  • Build long -term partnerships with HR Leaders, Founders, and CXOs.
  • Drive permanent hiring, contract hiring, executive search, and bulk hiring opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high -performing recruitment team.
  • Implement AI -driven sourcing and recruitment practices.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and business expansion targets.
  • Represent CX25WW at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Business Development Expectations

You will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new clients
  • Building recurring recruitment business
  • Developing strategic partnerships
  • Expanding recruitment offerings
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Building sustainable revenue streams

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals who have:

  • 5+ years of Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong client acquisition capability.
  • Existing corporate network is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to build and scale a business.
  • Experience in recruitment P&L management is an advantage.

Investment Requirement

Selected candidates will be required to invest in establishing their assigned territory. The investment demonstrates long -term commitment towards building the business and supporting local operations.

Investment details will be discussed during the leadership interaction.

Revenue Model

This role follows a performance -based revenue -sharing model.

Your earnings will directly depend on:

  • New clients acquired
  • Revenue generated
  • Business profitability
  • Territory growth
  • Strategic partnerships developed
