The primary purpose of this role is to work with Individuals to enhance their vocal presence, pronunciation and accent. This role requires a deep understanding of phonetics, linguistics and training methodologies to help clients effectively communicate in professional settings.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct assessments to identify voice modulation and accent improvement needs.
• Exhibit strong command of English language communication.
• Design and deliver personalised coaching sessions across team/individual.
• Develop training material and practice exercises.
• Provide feedback and progress reports to H/O & Team Leads with opportunities for improvement.
• Work on voice clarity, articulation and pronunciation adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques for voice training.
• Collaborate with the Unsecured NAB Support team/Trainers for trends and opportunities as identified or via NPS verbatims.
• Daily call  listening to ensure adherence to learnings.

Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Lingiistics, Communications of a related field
• Certification in Voice  and Accent training or similar credentials.
• Proven experience as a voice coach or similar role.
• Strong Understanding of phonetics and linguistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design personalised training programs
• Ability to work with individuals of varying skills

Shift Timings - Login between (2 AM to 4 AM)

Work Mode - Initial 6 Months WFO
