About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented professional to drive delegate acquisition, engagement and relationship management for People Matters conferences and initiatives across India, South Asia and the Middle East.

The role involves connecting with CHROs, HR Heads and senior HR leaders, inviting them to People Matters events, building long-term relationships and ensuring strong participation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delegate acquisition and achieve conference participation targets.


• Reach out to CHROs, HR Heads and senior HR professionals to promote upcoming conferences and initiatives.


• Build and maintain a database of relevant HR leaders through research, calling and multiple sources.


• Build strong relationships with senior HR stakeholders and encourage team nominations for conferences.


• Engage with confirmed delegates before the event and ensure participation.


• Develop communication and engagement strategies to improve the delegate experience.


• Conceptualize activities that create learning, networking and value for delegates.


• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to achieve event objectives.


• Identify and implement new processes and technology/tools to improve productivity.


• Track delegate pipeline, engagement and participation.


• Contribute ideas to improve the overall conference experience and delegate success strategy.


• Support and guide team members to improve productivity and execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in delegate acquisition, B2B sales, conference/event sales, corporate outreach or relationship management.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable interacting with CHROs, HR Heads and senior business leaders.


• Experience in calling, database development, research and follow-ups.


• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.


• Good planning, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
