Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Expert of Paint Technology and Paint shop Equipment like conveyor, pumps, blowers, burners, Painting robots etc.

Abreast of constantly advancing technology

Understanding of Paint processes, materials,defects and knowledge of troubleshooting

In depth Practitioner of TPM, Quality tools and systems

Ability to implement of Best practices in Industry

Correlation of manufacturing processes in Plant (Assy, Body, Paint etc) and suppliers with Paint Shop and processes to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs
