The opportunity we are hiring for is a strategic Hotel Expansion & Business Development role. We are looking for someone who can help us accelerate our growth by identifying new hospitality opportunities and expanding the ONE Atmosphere footprint across the country.

The role will involve:

• Developing market expansion strategies for our hotel and serviced apartment portfolio.


• Identifying key markets and sourcing opportunities for new hotels, serviced apartments, and hospitality assets.


• Building strong relationships with hotel owners, real estate developers, property owners, brokers, consultants, and investors.


• Identifying and securing properties through management contracts, revenue-share models, acquisitions, or long-term lease arrangements.


• Evaluating opportunities based on commercial feasibility, market potential, location, and strategic fit.


• Leading commercial negotiations and building a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities.
