Authentication Specialist I - BLG

About the Team/Role

What you'll do

• Monitor real­-time customer authentications of high-­end luxury goods


• Ensure accuracies of internal tests pertaining to newly ­released brands and materials


• Initiate follow­-up communication with customers on as­-needed basis

What you bring

• Analytical skills and the ability to glean information and draw conclusions from large, often similar sets of data


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with your colleagues working remotely and in different timezones


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and closely follow procedure


• Proficiency in working with software tools: e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other applications


• Flexibility and openness to work on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hours


• Prior experience with data entry, analytical or scientific research roles preferred


• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Fashion Technology from NIFT and NID is preferred
