Location: Mumbai| Function: Enterprise Technology Group

Reports to: Head - Broadcast Management, Legal & Rights Applications, RPA & AI

Purpose:  We are looking for an Automation Architect to design and scale a cloud-first, AI-powered automation ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional RPA by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, low-code automation tools like n8n, and Agentic AI frameworks to build autonomous, self-healing workflows across business functions

Key Responsibilities

1 Design scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, n8n, and integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS tools.

2 Build intelligent workflows using LLM frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

3 Leverage modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code for rapid prototyping and development.

4 Define governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies across automation platforms.

5 Lead POCs in Generative AI for unstructured data and self-healing automation.

6 Mentor developers and ensure scalable architecture and reusable components.

7 Translate automation initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

• 1 Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform


• 2 Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Azure OpenAI)


• 3 Hands-on programming (Python / .NET / JavaScript)


• 4 Experience in building automation solutions at scale


• 5 Exposure to low-code/no-code tools like n8n

Good to Have

• 1 Experience with Agentic AI frameworks


• 2 Hands-on experience with Cursor or Claude Code


• 3 Exposure to OCR, NLP, and LLM pipelines


• 4 Microsoft certifications
