Key Deliverables
• SLA compliance for automation services
• Development & maintenance of automation workflows
• Automated provisioning & configuration management
• Automation adoption and execution reporting
• Effort reduction through automation initiatives
• Knowledge articles, runbooks & SOP updates
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
• Build and support Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules
• Automate server provisioning, patching, compliance and operational tasks
• Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow and monitoring platforms
• Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support
• Participate in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes
• Support transition, transformation and automation roadmap activities
• Work in 24x7 managed services environment supporting operational SLAs
