 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹42,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

  Deliver classroom and practical sessions on aviation, grooming, soft skills, and customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Train students on safety protocols, airline procedures, and professional conduct

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare training materials in line with industry and DGCA standards

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, and performance assessments

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a disciplined and positive learning environment

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with placement teams to prepare students for job opportunities

  
  

Desired Profile:

• 
  

  Graduate in any discipline (aviation/hospitality background preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer, cabin crew, or ground staff

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and presentation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for mentoring and training students
