• Managing the entire operations team at TalentPad


• Ownership of the entire employer and candidate experience on the platform (Customer Happiness is the utmost priority for us)


• Building and improvind operational processes


• Esnure execution of the above laid out processes


• Constantly work towards improving operational metrics

Started by three IIT alumni, it’s a second generation platform which plans to flip the current recruitment process on it’s head. It gives more power to the job-seekers and lets employers make the first move in search for high quality talent.
