Job Description - B2B Operations Assistant

âManage the Class logistics and co -ordination and implementation of all assignments and

assessments, including liaising with Lecturers, Programme Leaders and the College.

â Assist with supporting Student Services or other administrative activities

as delegated by the Office Manager.

â Visit colleges which are associated with the company and its periodic

follow -ups.

â To set a Batch timetable, conduct tests and invigilate the students.

â Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

â To assist in course coordination and data management with the clients.

Requirements

â Should have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

â Should have driving license

â Should know how to work under pressure

â Should have good temperament

â Prior experience in an Ed -Tech company is an added advantage.
