Back Office Executive

Awaken Internet Marketing is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with excellent English communication skills for our Back Office US process.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Based on the given instructions, search and extract the details of the appropriate legal cases from the websites of city civil courts of various counties in the USA.
• Maintain the collected data in Excel with V-look up, sumproduct, Concatenate, Trim, Pivot, etc.
• Escalate arising issues to our US team and get the resolution for the same.
• Maintain a log of everyday produced data and inform the manager of the same.
• Fill the received data in web form – Data Entry.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Any graduate who has the following skills may apply for the job.
• Good communication
• Better command of English (especially in written English)
• Efficient in Google search
• MS Office and web browsers
• Good typing speed
