Bartender - Kuwait

Career Land Center is hiring experienced Bartender for an F&B company in Kuwait.

We are looking for skilled, energetic, and service-focused hospitality professionals who can prepare and serve high-quality beverages, support smooth bar operations, and deliver a professional guest experience. The Bartender will play an important role in maintaining beverage quality, bar presentation, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.

  Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and garnish for all beverages.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffee, and other beverage offerings.

  
  


• 
  

  Welcome and engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Take beverage orders accurately and recommend drinks based on guest preferences.

  
  


• 
  

  Support upselling of beverages, promotions, and signature drinks.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar area before, during, and after service.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor stock levels, bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow proper cash handling and billing procedures when required.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all beverages are prepared safely and hygienically.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate closely with waiters, runners, kitchen, and restaurant supervisors during service.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures at all times.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and conduct in line with company standards.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Bartender, Barista, Bar Attendant, or similar F&B service role.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, lounges, or high-volume F&B operations is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of beverage preparation, bar service, and basic mixology.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently during busy periods.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong guest-service, communication, and teamwork skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to support the team.

  
  


• 
  

  Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and service standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of stock control, bar setup, and hygiene procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Good English communication skills are preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  International hospitality experience is an advantage.

  Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
